Week 1

Week Review:
This week in interpersonal communications we got to know each other. We played a game with an icebreaker ball. We worked on a project called group norms where we got into 2 groups and developed what we thought we norms for the class. This was a fun project and it also helped to know others in our class. Wood(2001, p. 12)  said, "We want others' company, acceptance, and affirmation, and we want to give acceptance and affirmation to others". I think this is true in any circumstance but especially in school.

Blog question: Principles of interpersonal communications

I believe that interpersonal communication is very complicated. King(2000) said, "No form of communication is simple. Because of the number of variables involved, even simple requests are extremely complex."
